Currently, BMW focusing on higher variant liter segment bikes. As we have seen an earlier new generation of S 1000 R was spotted testing on roads. In the Indian market recently BMW has launched touring S 1000 XR Pro at price 20.9 lakh. And now for the 2021 version S 1000 RR got some interesting updates and these are M sporty updates.
This new generation S 1000 RR is coming with new emission Euro 5 norms and which is like BS6-compliant in India. The outgoing model has a red color. But for now, BMW included new Black Strom Metalic livery in 2021 S 1000 RR and replaced all with new clutch livers, subframe, footrests, a sporty exhaust system.
No specific cosmetic changes and no changes in the engine. As it comes with 999 cc, inline four-cylinder engine that capable to generate maximum output power of 205 HP at 13,500 rpm and 113 Nm of peak torque at 11,000 rpm. This superbike is completely painted with black color looks more premium and also at side flaring RR logo in red color.
BMW uses Shift cam technology in this superbike engine for smooth throttle and better performance. Expect to launch in the Indian market this new generation S 1000 RR early 2021.
