Actually Kawasaki stopped production for BS4 Ninja 300 bikes and it been discounted from December 2019. Only available units in the showroom are selling and at the beginning of this year, BS6 Ninja 300 has been spotted testing on Pune public roads.
But still, no official announcement from Kawasaki whether it was going to be unveiled. According to a few sources Kawasaki planning to launch the BS6 variant in the upcoming month of October 2020 and expected to reach the dealership in mid-December.

When comparing the price segment the Ninja 300 will be higher than Duke 390. But coming to engine performance Ninja 300 gets a powerful advanced engine with a twin-cylinder that produces good enough 39 HP.
By the way, the upcoming Ninja 300 BS6 will be slightly heavier and drop torque figures to meet govt strict new standard emissions norms. The last generation model costs at INR 2.98 lakh. And we can expect a new BS6 version could be charged an extra 10-15 thousand rupees.
