In 2020 one of the most awaited bike in India is Bajaj Pulsar RS400 ( SS400 ) motorcycle. A couple of years back Bajaj unveiled the Pulsar RS400 prototype at the Auto Expo. The design & looks of RS400 is the same as RS200. The price can be at ₹1.75 to ₹1.80 lakh. According to a couple of local media reports, Bajaj likely to launch RS400 ( ss 400 ) firstly in Indonesia in August 2020.
The Pulsar RS400 ( SS400 ) is powered by 373.2 cc single-cylinder, the four-stroke engine generates 40-43 BHP ( expected ) and peak torque at 30-35 Nm. And it’s a six-speed gearbox with one down and five-up. The suspension on the front is telescopic forks and mono-shock at the rear.
The console of RS400 is fully digital can display odometer, low fuel indicator, coolant temperature, and a clock. The color options expect as same in RS200. The looks and view of RS400 are likely bumblebees. Also LED headlamp is the same when compared to RS200.
I can notice that only the engine was changed in RS400. The design, looks, and style are the same it’s younger brother RS200. The bad thing is Bajaj disappointing the bikers by delaying the launch date. Still no official updates when it’ll launch in India.
The big thing is RS400 is available in two options non-abs and with ABS channel. If the bajaj launches the RS400 it’ll be the best motorcycle under 400 cc segment and could be completely an against KTM RC390.
