It’s been a long time we haven’t heard any new launch updates from Benelli and today finally launched the 2021 Leoncino 500 scrambler in the USA market in two color options. The price tag for both colors was the same at $6,199 and Indian currency that approx 4.54 lakh.
As per a few sources, there are a couple of norms conditions to reveal as BS6 Leoncino 500 in India. But we can expect Benelli 302S early in the Indian market by this Diwali. The Benelli Leoncino 500 gets a 499cc, parallel twin-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that can able churn out maximum output power of 47 HP at 8,500 rpm and 45 Nm of peak torque at 4,500 rpm. It has raised handlebars and a decent sear height of 30.9 inches. Which was good enough and very comfortable to an average height person.
There was a bit confused that Benelli said it weighs 186 kg but not cleared wheater it was curb or dry weight. As well middleweight Leoncino 500 design is familiar to retro style. There were no many changes found in a bike when compared to its preceding one and new generation Leoncino 500. The good thing is equipped massive 320mm twin disc in the front wheel, at rear 260 mm disc. And also comes with dual-channel ABS which improves braking efficiency.
