Mostly Triumph revels only high-end motorcycles with massive price. And surprisingly Triumph unveiled it’s a brand new prototype of Trident in London Design Museum. Triumph planning to start production variant every soon and expected to get launch in the international market in early 2021. And after debut in the international market later seen in the Indian market.
Triumph says that’s they had worked around four years on this project. The Rodolfo Frascoil was designed a this mid-weighted Trident prototype and earlier he designed Triger 900. Interestingly Triumph promises that this the future bike Trident will available at affordable prices. The name of “Trident” was taken from Triumph 80’s motorcycle.
Triumph not revealed about engine specifications but can we can expect it’ll be familiar to Triple Street. To bring at more affordable Triumph using modern technology things to reduce the cost for the Trident triple-cylinder engine. One thing we can say surly about the design of the bike could be mixed with a retro-modern style. A couple of body components could be borrowed from Daytona 675 and Triple Street.
This 2021 Trident production variant will be manufactured in Thailand and the expected ex-showroom price will be between INR 6.5-7 lakh. While seeing the prototype of Trident, we can confirm few things on a bike like a new simple fully digital instrument console, USD forks, new subfram, LED headlights, muscular fuel tank. And no special color was wrapped for this prototype, only white color filled all over the body panels.
